The Wii is designed for getting you up off the couch and moving as you are playing your favorite games. I was able to purchase a Wii at the start of October 2009 and have found it to be much easier to use than the in-store displays had made it feel like it would be. I suppose it is the difference between acting out the movements in public or in the solitude of your own home.

The Wii system comes with a basic program assortment that includes plenty to get you moving, including boxing, tennis, golf and more sports favorites.
