Hello World!

Well, this is the first official personal blog post for the Diet Tracker Online Admin's blog. Not much, but at least I am trying and with luck this will keep me motivated. Hopefully it will motivate you, dear reader, as well.

I'm working on getting this site organized and want to find stuff that will help others that want to lose weight, at the moment I can, and am, offering blogs for those desiring to lose weight that want a community to support them in their efforts, so please feel free to create an account and start blogging about your own weight loss efforts.

I've added some fields to the member area, if you can think of anything I missed, or of anything I should remove, let me know. The personal details type fields (weight, desired weight, goal date, etc) are all optional and you do not have to enter anything in any of them if you do not want to.

I am hoping to get some tools and stuff here for people to use in their weight loss efforts, for now I have started uploading some information on exercises and stuff, so feel free to browse and even contribute to the site.
